Water which is low in calcium hardness may cause severe deterioration of spa surfaces
It may also accelerate the corrosion of metal fittings and equipment
Calcium hardness in spa water should be maintained in the recommended range of 100-200ppm
 
Approx Dosage (refer to package for further details)
10 grams of Sheild per 1,000 litres of water will raise calcium hardness by approx. 10ppm
(One capful holds approx. 35 grams of Spa Sheild)

General Instructions (see packaging for full details)
Determine the total amount required for spa.
Split this amount into 3 equal doses
Add first does to spa and leave for at least 1 hour with pump running
Repeat with second dose and leave for 1 hour with pump running
Repeat with final dose leaving for 1 hour with pump running
Always broadcast the product directly over the bather free water.
 
NEVER add close to the skimmer or directly into the skimmer
Never add more than `1 third of the dosage at one time
